NINA LAI

Nina is a corporate communications leader who has shaped narratives and experiences for global iconic brands including Lenovo, Emirates Airlines, Nike, Dubai Tourism, Volkswagen, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotels. With roots across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, her identity as a Third Culture Kid informs her ability to bridge cultures and connect with diverse audiences authentically.

As former Head of Internal Communications & Chief of Staff to the CEO at Benefit Cosmetics, a subsidiary of LVMH, she established the global internal communications function and drove strategic alignment across the organization during a period of critical transformation. At Lenovo, she directed executive communications for the offices of the President and COO while co-founding the executive DEI task force that drove organizational change and established new benchmarks for inclusion.

Nina currently serves as a communications advisor to diverse organizations spanning venture capital, education, nonprofits, and family office consulting, while advancing trust-based philanthropy through Impact 100 Seattle's Grant Review Committee. Committed to developing future leaders, she mentors rising professionals through the Asian American Professional Association.
